Return Policy
At Americhem, we strive to provide our customers with high-quality products. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, subject to the terms and conditions outlined below.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Stocked Items: Stocked items are generally eligible for return if they meet the timeframe and condition requirements listed below. Custom or special-order items are generally not eligible for return unless they are found to be defective or not as specified.
- Non-stock items: Non-stock items may be eligible for return on a case-by-case basis. Any approved non-stock returns will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Timeframe: Return requests must be initiated within thirty (30) calendar days from the date of the original invoice. Requests made after this period will not be considered.
- Condition of Items: To be eligible for return, items must be in unused and new condition, including all original packaging, tags, labels, and accessories. Items that show signs of use, damage, or are not in their original condition will not be accepted.
Return Process:
- Return Request: To initiate a return, customers can submit their request through the ‘Product Return’ page located at the bottom of our website. Alternatively, customers can contact their sales representative with their request.
- Return Approval: All return requests are subject to review and approval by Americhem.
- Return Shipment: Upon approval of the return request, the customer will be provided with instructions on how to return the item(s). If shipping via an external carrier, the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on the part of Americhem (e.g., incorrect item shipped).
- Inspection and Final Approval: Upon receipt of the returned item(s), Americhem will inspect them to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria outlined in this policy. Americhem reserves the right to deny a return if the item(s) do not meet these conditions or for any other valid reason.
Return Credit:
- Upon final approval of a return, an account credit will be issued.
- The amount credited will be the original purchase price of the returned item(s), excluding any original shipping and handling charges.
- Please allow up to 3 business days for the credit to be processed after the returned item(s) have been received and approved.
Americhem reserves the right to modify this return policy at any time without prior notice.
